I purchased this e-book expecting to have some new knock out recipes and ideas to add to my repertoire, and let me say that my expections were met and far exceeded! As an avid baker and a food snob (I admit it!), this collection of recipes are fantastic. It’s a perfect combination of mouth-watering dishes that will satisfy any dieter, without feeling an ounce of guilt!

|Great Healthy Recipes, Well Written,
Usually when I try to cook healthier my family gets upset and tells me there is no flavor in the food. That is not the case with these recipes, in fact my family doesn’t even realize that I am cooking healthy since these recipes are so great. I have already started to lose weight and am confident I can keep the weight off. I really love this authors work, another book from the same author that I really enjoyed is 4 Hour Body Diet: Quick & Delicious 4 Hour Body Recipes You Are Sure To Love! (*Special Edition*). This book also has lots of great recipes and is practically a step by step guide to a healthier you.
